SMS / text messaging terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number to Austin Pavement Co. — through any form on the Site, by replying START or YES to one of our messages, or otherwise — you expressly consent to receive Application-to-Person (A2P) text messages from us related to your inquiry, scheduling, project status, follow-up, customer care, and account notifications.

Program name: Austin Pavement Co. customer notifications.
Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction (typically a few messages per inquiry or project).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Carriers: Supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other Tier-1 carriers. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send a single confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
No third-party sharing of mobile data: Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors is limited to those performing services on our behalf (such as our SMS platform and CRM provider).
