Crew Member
Full-time · Austin metro
Run sealcoating, striping, and crack sealing work on commercial and residential properties. No experience required — we'll train you on every machine and material we use.
- Prep and clean pavement surfaces
- Apply sealcoat, paint, and crack sealant to spec
- Maintain equipment and job site safety
- Show up on time and take pride in the finished product
Crew Lead
Full-time · Austin metro
Run a 2–3 person crew. Own quality, schedule, and customer experience on every job from arrival to closeout photos.
- Lead daily job execution and crew coordination
- Verify scope, materials, and finished work against the proposal
- Capture before/after documentation for every project
- Train and develop crew members
Estimator
Full-time · Austin metro
Drive the assessment and proposal process across the Austin metro. Site visits, scoping, pricing, and clear written proposals for property managers.
- Conduct on-site and aerial property assessments
- Scope sealcoating, striping, crack sealing, and asphalt repair work
- Build accurate, line-itemed proposals
- Communicate options clearly to commercial and residential clients
Office / Dispatch
Full-time · Austin
Keep the schedule running. You'll be the voice clients hear and the person who makes sure every crew has what they need to deliver.
- Schedule jobs and coordinate crew assignments
- Communicate timelines, weather changes, and updates to clients
- Organize job documentation and customer records
- Support estimators and field leadership
