This page is maintained by Austin Pavement Co. LLC to answer common questions about how we handle the information submitted through our website. It describes the controls and practices currently in place and is editable project content, not an independent certification or third-party audit.
What information we collect
Our assessment, quote, and contact forms collect only the information needed to respond to your request — name, company, email, phone, property address, service interest, timeline, and any notes you choose to include. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and how we use it.
How submissions are handled
- Forms are transmitted over HTTPS from your browser to our servers.
- Submissions are routed through server-side endpoints that validate input before any downstream system receives the data.
- Lead data is stored in our managed database and forwarded only to the CRM and notification tools we use to operate the business.
Access and authentication
Internal access to lead data is limited to Austin Pavement Co. staff who need it to respond to inquiries and run projects. Our backend uses role-based access controls and row-level security on customer-facing tables.
Hosting and platform
The website and its backend run on managed cloud infrastructure that provides encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and routine platform-level security updates. We do not host customer data on local machines.
Subprocessors and integrations
We share submission data with a limited set of service providers that help us operate the business — our hosting provider, our database/auth provider, our form and lead-automation provider, and our CRM. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function, analytics, and marketing attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention and deletion
Submission data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, perform contracted work, and maintain reasonable business records. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time — see Privacy Policy.
Shared responsibility
Security is shared: our hosting and database platform provide infrastructure controls, Austin Pavement Co. configures and operates the application and handles your data internally, and customers are responsible for safeguarding their own email accounts and devices used to communicate with us.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability on our website, please email info@austinpavement.com with details and steps to reproduce. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond as quickly as we can. Our public contact file is at /.well-known/security.txt.
